Menthol
Menthol is an organic compound made or obtained from peppermint or mint oils with flavouring and local anaesthetic properties. The organic compound Menthol Occurs naturally within the Mentha arvensis botanical, which is the main Mint variety that is used to obtain Menthol Crystals as well as natural Menthol flakes. In their natural state at room temperature, Menthol Crystals appear to be colourless or white, solid but small, brittle, satiny crystalline matter with a waxy texture. Menthol Crystals are used in Aromatherapy to create a calm state of mind, reducing stress and anxiety. As they have a fresh and minty aroma they are added to perfumes and creams and other hair care products. Menthol Crystals are incredibly potent in treating health ailments.
